Which color should I use?
HyClamp gaskets are available in white, black, blue and translucent (dependant on the material type). If you have a color preference select it from the list, otherwise leave this option as ‘All’ to see our range of materials in all colors.
Which material should I use?
HyClamp gaskets are available in EPDM, VMQ (silicone), FKM and FFKM elastomer materials. If you know which material type you require select it from the list, otherwise leave this option as ‘All’ to see our range of materials.
Does my gasket need to be detectable?
HyClamp gaskets are available in three X-ray and metal detectable elastomer materials, developed specifically for the food processing industry. If you require detectable gaskets select ‘Detectable’ otherwise select ‘Non-detect’ for our regular elastomer materials.
Which type of gasket do I need?
HyClamp gaskets are available in lipped and unlipped versions (depending on the industry standard selected). Lipped gaskets are commonly known as ‘flanged’, ‘type II’ or ‘type A’ and unlipped gaskets are sometimes referred to as ‘type I’ or ‘type B’. How to correctly measure a pipe
The nominal size can be found by measuring the outer diameter of the stainless steel pipe/tube with a Vernier. Select the nearest size from the list in inches or millimetres.
